The Imani Pediatric Clinic was created 2 years ago to holistically address the needs of the youth of Oak Park. This includes free healthcare services for uninsured families as well as initiatives to create equality in education through free mentorship and tutoring. Our UC Davis Health pediatricians offer sports physicals, general check ups, and well-child visits. The pediatric clinic is open for appointments the Second Saturday of every month at 2425 Alhambra Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95817. To make an appointment, parents can contact us at (916)475-9582 any day of the week and leave us a message with their name, contact information, and reason for the appointment. As mentioned, a partnering initiative with our pediatric clinic is to offer free tutoring and mentorship services. The program is Imani 4 Youth which is run by UC Davis students and includes access to online tutoring services for all subjects, college application assistance, and scholarship/financial aid assistance. The program serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
