Our Specialty Clinics Include:
BASIC NEEDS
The Basic Needs Specialty Clinic provides adequate and individualized basic needs to our patient population as well as host monthly care packages and food distribution for our unhoused neighbors in the oak-park community. In addition, we have cal-fresh certified Imani Clinic volunteers willing and ready to help any and everyone interested in applying for the CalFresh program (federally known as the supplemental nutrition assistance program). DERMATOLOGY
Dermatology Clinic is a specialty clinic that addresses specific needs of underserved communities like skin care, hair care, and nail health concerns, among other skin conditions for those in underserved communities. The dermatology clinic provides members of the community access to healthcare as they are seen by preceptors who are well trained in the specialty of dermatology.
The dermatology Clinic is hosted every Fourth Saturday of the month.
MENTAL HEALTH
Imani's Mental Health Clinic provides culturally sensitive and inclusive mental health support, resources, and counseling. The Behavioral Health Team (BHT) at Imani Clinic is a group of mental health providers who can help you complete free, confidential screening for anxiety, depression, addiction and discuss treatment options including medication recommendations, individual or group therapy, education on mental health topics
LEGAL CLINIC
The Imani Legal Clinic was founded in 2015 as a component of the Imani (Health) Clinic specialist clinic services with the same motivation to serve the Black and other marginalized groups in the region. Imani Legal Clinic has since then continued to offer free consultations to clients on housing concerns, health insurance, and immigration services.
Legal Clinic is open every First Saturday of the month.
PEDIATRICS
We aim to serve pediatric patients in the Oak Park community. We offer physical and general check-ups as well as free sports physicals!
Pediatric Clinic is hosted on the Second Saturday of each month.
Our team can provide consultations for patients presenting with existing diagnoses of coronary artery disease, heart failure, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular complications.
Cardiology Clinic is hosted every Second Saturday of the month.
Our goal is to improve the health and well-being of women in Oak Park Community. Our services include pap smears (pap test), breast/pelvic exams, pregnancy tests, STD screening, and more !
We offer Women's Clinic every Fourth Saturday of the month. Mammography screening is offered periodically, at least twice a year.
